The China-CEEC SME Cooperation Zone in Cangzhou, which is located in Zhongjie Industrial Zone, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, was officially approved to be established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on February 14, 2018, and officially opened on June 15. At present, it is the only one zone in China for SME from CEEC. At the 7th China-CEEE Leaders Meeting held in Bulgaria in July 2018, the Cooperation Zone received widespread attention by Premier Li Keqiang, and its construction was formally written in the ‘Sofia Outline for Cooperation between China and CEEC’. In April 2019, the cooperation zone was written again in the ’Dubrovnik Outline for Cooperation between China and CEEC’.
